Image result for Florida counties showing suspected vote hacking pattern

Evidence in 12 more Florida counties showing suspected vote hacking pattern ( All suspected results reported to FBI-Tampa)

Total of all suspected counties showing discrepancies is: 27 for State of Florida.

All 27 incidences of discrepancies discovered have now been reported to FBI Tampa.

All counties crossed checked were examined against the following criteria:
*Election result,
*Exit poll data,
*County census demographic,
*Registered voter demographics (age, sex, ethnicity,
*Party Identification voting behaviors for 2016 presidential election) and
*County to county voting behavior patterns.

Discrepancy free counties utilized for cross checking: Volusia, Sarasota, Polk, Miami-Dade, Orange, Broward , Brevard, Seminole & Leon.

Hacking Pattern suspected via these results: Vote flipping. Majority of counties reported with discrepancies are showing evidence that election/vote result numbers that match to number of registered republicans flipped/swapped to Democratic candidate Clinton and vice versa.

(i.e: Trump got Clinton’s votes & Clinton got Trumps votes in these suspected counties)

Reason for suspected result tampering/hacking:

*More votes for Trump than all registered republicans & independents combined.

*Extremely low turn out of democratic vote while all other larger florida counties, not showing discrepancies, show dems largely voted democratic, republicans voted republican and only a minor ( not major) percentage of independents voted for Trump.

* Demographics of number of independent registered Males ages 45+ voting in this county do not match CNN exit poll demographic data across florida.

* conclusion: over all voting pattern for this county does not match voting behavior pattern in counties across florida that are not showing discrepancies.

This is the 16th county in the state of florida showing evidence of serious discrepancies and suspected pattern of hacking

Reason for suspected result tampering/hacking:
This state has a near even # of registered Democrats vs Republicans yet the results show 100% of Republicans voting trump plus all but 266 registered independents voting Trump, while only a very small percentage of democrats turned out to vote Clinton.

This result is completely inconsistent with the voting behavior patterns of other florida counties, not showing discrepancies.

Also there are not enough independent registered males ages 45+ in this county to match demographic percentages shown in CNN exit poll data across Florida.

This result makes the 17th county in the state of Florida showing a suspected pattern of hacking or other tampering.

This result is highly inconsistent when crossed checked against voting behavior patterns of other florida counties not showing any discrepancies

For example: In Polk county. Where as nearly 100% of registered Republicans turned out to vote, The same % of Democrats, Independents per those registered turned out as well and all parties voted largely along their own party lines with only a minor percentage of independents electing to vote for Trump.

In this result you see a 100% turn out of republican voting Trump plus strong support of independents voting Trump while a much significantly lower amount of Democrats show up. This result also shows discrepancies in census demographic for county vs exit poll data showing registered males ages 45+ – 65+ yrs were the predominance of Trump voters across Florida.

Note: The county of St Lucie Florida election results also appear highly suspect, when compared to other counties voting behavior patterns. (it is also a largely democratic county).
Albeit, because there were too many variables to account for in the counties population and voting demographic, a full cross check was not completed.

Just the same I am placing it on the reported suspect list for the FBI to investigate via a full cross check of current # of active registered independent voters against county census demographic (#of males ages 45+ in the county who are registered as active independent voters, + exit poll data for St Lucie.)

Reason: Pinellas county is also a larger county but shows discrepancies that cannot be ruled out when crossed check against demographics criteria listed at top of this report.

There is no doubt that this result has been hacked. There are more votes for Trump than Registered Republicans and the largest majority (nearly all) of independent voters would have had to vote for Trump. The county result also shows a very low turn out of democrat party voters, – but a perfect 100% attendance for Republican & near perfect attendance of independent voters.

The CNN exit poll demographic of who voted Trump #of males & # of independents does not match this election result in the state of Florida. (This scenario is not only inconsistent with the rest of Florida voter turn out in counties not showing discrepancies, but across election voting pattern in U.S. The odds of this election result proving anything but falsified would be astronomical and beyond normal observed human behavior in mainstream society during a highly divisive presidential election).

This makes the 12th county in Florida clearly showing evidence of Presidential election results tampering/hacking.

For this election result to prove anything but falsified, 100% of Republican voters would have had to turn out and the largest majority of independent voters would have had to vote Trump while there was only a 50% low turn out for Democrat voters.

This scenario is inconsistent with the rest of the state of Florida in counties not showing discrepancies, as well as across the nation during a highly divisive election. Also exit polls at CNN show it was a minor (not major) percentage of “independents” voting Trump.

For this election to prove true a larger percentage of independent voters would have to prove to be Trump voters. Given that the majority of Trump supporters in the state of Florida are Males ages 45+ this result cannot be factual. A much larger percentage of independent voters in this county would have to meet the exit poll criteria of being male registered voters over age 45 in this county.

On Wednesday, May 3, Mayor Gary Resnick of Wilton Manors, Florida, testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Technology to share ideas on how local governments could aid in reducing barriers to broadband infrastructure deployment. In addition to his public service, Mayor Resnick serves as a vice chair on the National League of Cities’ Information, Technology and Communications Advocacy Committee.
Mayor Resnick opened his statement by thanking the committee, Senator Nelson of Florida in particular, for seeking a local perspective on a topic as important as broadband deployment.
Across the country, cities like Wilton Manors have emerged as leaders in broadband innovation. “As city leaders,” Resnick noted, “we work proactively with the private sector to support high quality service for our communities.” But as Mayor Resnick went on to explain, all parties, including local and federal, governments and industry, need to work together as productive partners to accomplish mutual goals.
As part of his testimony, Mayor Resnick outlined several policy recommendations before the Committee, but stressed the importance of avoiding a one-size-fits-all federal preemption of local authority — and the value of local input in the rulemaking process.
Specifically, Mayor Resnick made the following recommendations for Congress to consider when addressing broadband deployment:
  1. The Federal government should prioritize local decision-making on infrastructure.
  2. Congress should tackle federal barriers to infrastructure deployment.
  3. Congress needs to allow local governments to use every tool in the toolbox, including municipal broadband.
  4. Congress needs to invest in digital literacy, to encourage broadband adoption and safe Internet use.
As the panel attested, public and private sector actors alike share the goal of expanding broadband and wireless access to as many residents as possible. However, as Mayor Resnick noted, the rollout of new infrastructure, including cutting-edge small cell technology, should not come at the expense of public good or proper right-of-way management.
“With respect to this new technology — it’s a disruptive force,” Mayor Resnick said in response to a question from Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX). “We haven’t had experience dealing with it before, and we need to educate local officials throughout the country on how to deal with the technology.”
Mayor Resnick concluded by again thanking the committee for welcoming the local perspective, and urged the attending members of Congress to remember that local governments have and will continue to be innovative, productive partners in expanding fast reliable broadband to all Americans.
In addition to Mayor Resnick, the Subcommittee on Communications, Technology, Innovation and the Internet heard from Patricia Cooper, Vice President of Satellite Government Affairs, SpaceX; Mr. Larry Downes, Project Director, Georgetown Center for Business and Public Policy; Mr. Brian Hendricks, Head of Technology Policy & Public Affairs for the Americas Region, Nokia Corporation; and the Honorable Jeff Weninger, State Representative, Arizona House of Representatives.

Wasserman Schultz on Passage of Bipartisan Spending Bill

Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-23, the only Florida Democrat on the House Appropriations Committee, issued the following statement today after passage of H.R. 244, which included the pending 2017 Omnibus spending bill:

“As a member of the Appropriations Committee, I was proud to work with my colleagues to achieve a bipartisan compromise that funds many key Democratic priorities, as well as preventing major cuts in vital programs which will make our country safer, stronger and healthier.

Most importantly, we have taken a fiscally wasteful government shutdown threat off the table, protected the Affordable Care Act, and ensured President Trump’s immoral and wasteful border wall was not funded.

We also preserved funding for Planned Parenthood, restored year-round Pell Grants, and blocked President Trump’s unconscionable attempt to defund sanctuary cities. The bill also increased funding for the National Institutes of Health by $2 billion – rather than cutting it, as Trump had sought.

Closer to home, I was proud to work with the Florida delegation, especially Congressman Alcee Hasting (FL-20), to secure $116 million for overall Everglades restoration funding. This bill also recoups some of the outrageous security costs that Trump’s Mar-a-Lago trips imposed on Palm Beach County taxpayers. It also offers relief to the people of Puerto Rico by providing nearly $300 million to its underfunded Medicaid program.

This spending bill also reflects several of my own legislative priorities, including funding for the EARLY Act, with nearly $5 million for the Breast Cancer Awareness for Young Women program. Among the other successes:

·         $2.5 million for the Holocaust Survivor Assistance program.

·         $11 million for the Wave Streetcar funding.

·         $2.3 million for pool safety grants and the Pool Safely awareness campaign to prevent senseless child drownings.

·         $1.5 million for the Rape Survivor Child Custody Act to help rape victims terminate the parental rights of their rapists.

·         HERO funding which includes $5 million allocated for the implementation of the International Megan’s Law, the Angel Watch Center, and $1 million for hires into the HERO program, which trains our veterans to combat online child sexual exploitation.

·         $3 million for the Child Exploitation Investigations Unit (CEIU) at the Cyber Crimes Center, of which, $2 million is earmarked for hiring agents and analysts at the Child Victim Identification Center, and $1 million for CEIU operational needs.

The FY 2017 Omnibus Appropriations Act was an example of what we can do when we work together to achieve bipartisan compromise for the American people. I am proud that we were able to stop harmful cuts proposed by the Trump Administration to health care, environmental protection and education, as well as provide increased funding that will help millions of Americans.”

BREAKING: Trump To Legalize Anti-LGBT Discrimination With Thursday Order, Religious Leaders Invited

update 05-04-17
  1. So once again we see Donald Trump sign a exceptive Order that is worthless other than a good photo op, when will his undereducated under informed followers figure out he is nothing more than a snake oil salesman with no substance

  1. Press release from the ACLU:
Today’s executive order signing was an elaborate photo-op with no discernible policy outcome. After careful review of the order’s t...ext we have determined that the order does not meaningfully alter the ability of religious institutions or individuals to intervene in the political process. The order portends but does not yet do harm to the provision of reproductive health services.
President Trump’s prior assertion that he wished to ‘totally destroy’ the Johnson Amendment with this order has proven to be a textbook case of ‘fake news.’ The directive to federal agencies to explore religious-based exceptions to healthcare does cue up a potential future battle, but as of now, the status quo has not changed.
What President Trump did today was merely provide a faux sop to religious conservatives and kick the can down the road on religious exemptions on reproductive health care services. We will continue our steadfast charge to defend Americans’ right to exercise their religion and ensure their freedom from having others’ beliefs forced upon them. The ACLU stands ready to sue the Trump administration and in the event that this order triggers any official government action at all, we will see Trump in court, again.

Politico is reporting:
President Donald Trump has invited conservative leaders to the White House on Thursday for what they expect will be the ceremonial signing of a long-awaited—and highly controversial—executive order on religious liberty, according to multiple people familiar with the situation.
Two senior administration officials confirmed the plan, though one cautioned that it hasn’t yet been finalized, and noted that lawyers are currently reviewing and fine-tuning the draft language. Thursday is the National Day of Prayer, and the White House was already planning to celebrate the occasion with faith leaders.
The signing would represent a major triumph for Vice President Mike Pence—whose push for religious-freedom legislation backfired mightily when he served as governor of Indiana—and his allies in the conservative movement.
According to the above-linked report, the order is only slightly revised from the sweeping anti-LGBT order that was leaked to the press in February.

Nelson, Wasserman Schultz, Deutch Tout Bipartisan Defense of Florida’s Coasts

Florida’s congressional leadership is standing strongly together to defend the state’s treasured coastal areas from dangerous drilling activities, and U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL), and Reps. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-23) and Ted Deutch (FL-22) touted that stout bipartisan alliance today at Nova Southeastern University’s Oceanographic campus.

Just over seven years ago, the catastrophic Deepwater Horizon spill caused millions of dollars in damage to Florida’s fishing industry, and threatened to do irreparable harm to the state’s pristine coastline and the lifeblood of its tourism economy.

In 2006, Nelson and then-Sen. Mel Martinez (R-Fla) fought for a no-drilling zone extending 125 miles off much of Florida’s Gulf Coast, and as far out as 235 miles at some points. That moratorium is in effect until 2022, but Nelson has filed the Marine Oil Spill Prevention Act to extend that moratorium for another five years. Wasserman Schultz and Rep. Vern Buchanan (FL-16) will introduce an identical House version of the legislation today, which is expected to attract several bipartisan co-sponsors across Florida.

“Drilling off Florida’s coast threatens the state’s multi-billion dollar, tourism-driven economy that’s dependent on clean beaches and pollution-free water,” said Sen. Nelson. “That’s why I will continue to fight any attempt to lift the current moratorium on drilling in the Gulf and keep oil rigs off of Florida’s coasts.”

“Our coastline and pristine beaches are true environmental treasures, and the lifeblood of Florida’s tourism economy. It would be malpractice and colossally irresponsible to allow oil drilling activities to jeopardize all that,” said Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz. “We do not have bipartisan agreement on many issues these days. But in Florida, we are almost completely united in opposing drilling off our coasts.”

“Florida’s coastal communities depend on a clean and healthy ocean and we shouldn’t jeopardize the state’s economy or environment by gambling on drilling operations that lack adequate safeguards,” said Rep. Buchanan (FL-16).

“In South Florida, our beaches are our economic lifeline,” said Congressman Deutch. “Oil spills devastate marine ecosystems, harm small businesses, and damage local communities. We have seen it in the Gulf and we do not want it on our shores. Why risk environmental catastrophe and economic losses? Instead, let’s keep Florida’s coastline and beaches oil-free.”

“Time and time again, disastrous oil spills have wreaked havoc on the environment and in communities across the country. I have often said that I will be the last person standing in Congress fighting to oppose new offshore oil-drilling, and believe that we must move beyond the dirty fuels of the past and establish a clear plan for clean, renewable energy,” said CongressmanAlcee L. Hastings (FL-20). “I am proud to join my friends, Senator Bill Nelson and Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, in introducing the Marine Oil Spill Prevention Act, which will extend the moratorium on oil and gas leasing in certain areas in the Gulf of Mexico for five years.”

The Marine Oil Spill Prevention Act:
·         Extends the moratorium on oil and gas leasing in certain areas in the Gulf of Mexico another five years, until June 30, 2027;
·         Directs the Coast Guard to designate areas that are at heightened risk of oil spills and implement measures to ameliorate that risk;
·         Establishes a Gulf Coast Regional Citizens' Advisory Council (made up of representatives from the Gulf Coast States that are in the fishing, tourism, and conservation industries and contacts from state and federal marine and environmental agencies) to advise on facilities and tank vessels;
·         Makes all owners of oil responsible for oil spill cleanup (currently, owners of oil are only responsible if the oil is being transported in a single-hull vessel);
·         Requires a comprehensive review of the capacity of NOAA to respond to oil spills; and
·         Directs NOAA to carry out a long-term marine environment monitoring and research program for the Gulf of Mexico.

This legislation is needed now more than ever, Wasserman Schultz said. President Trump signed an executive order Friday that could eventually open up millions of coastal acres off U.S. shores to oil and gas drilling, including Florida’s environmentally sensitive and economically vital coasts.

“Quite simply, we have always drawn a line in the sand when it comes to drilling off Florida’s coasts,” Wasserman Schultz said. “And that’s why we’re here again today. We are drawing a deeper, bipartisan line in the sand that says: keep your ‘drill baby, drill’ policies away from our vital, sensitive Florida coasts.”
