UPDATE: Rick Wierzbicki Former Wilton Manors Police Chief and Captain for BSO, passed away. His service will be held on Friday, November 21st, 2014, at 5pm at Kraeer-Fairchild Funeral Home, 4061 North Federal Hwy., Ft. Lauderdale.
i Am sad to report that Commander (RT) Captain Rick Wierzbicki Of The Broward Sheriff's Office and Former Chief Of Police for Wilton Manors, FL passed away at 2:10pm today
Funeral arrangements will be TBA.
Rick stated this " You can judge a Society on how it treats its unfortunate "; this is what Rick lived by as you know all the giving he has done to make this world a better place.
He is no longer in pain.
