What a mess. Broward Courts have some major issues to deal with. Broward Courts have never recovered from the image played to the country by the Anna Nicole,Smith case that our courthouse is a circus! Get more security. Weed out insiders that help defraud the court and start using Florida's Vexatious litigant law to lesson the amount of frivolous litigation. Or else Broward will continue to be seen as a circus judicial system.
