The Okaloosa Democratic Executive Committee, State Committeewoman Ellen Holt and State Committeeman John Whitley endorse Alan Clendenin for Florida Democratic Party (FDP) Chair.
Alan Clendenin is a life-long democrat, born and raised in Florida. “The Okaloosa DEC members considered experience in organizing and the detailed plan he presented, when making our decision,” said Ellen Holt, Okaloosa State Democratic Committeewoman. “His plan, “Rebrand, Rebuild, Recruit” gives us a guide to becoming a more competitive party.”
“The plan is something I have been thinking about for a long time,” said Clendenin. “I spent the last several years talking to the grassroots activists, the women and men who make the phone calls and go door to door, asking them what they want in a FDP Chair.”
Okaloosa County joins a growing list of activists and community leaders who support Alan Clendenin’s candidacy for FDP Chair including:
