Marty Kiar’s kick off fundraiser his race for Broward County Property Appraiser drew more than 500 supporters. The Who's Who in Broward Politics were in attendance
The reception was held in the tropical backyard of current Property Appraiser Lori Parrish’s Davie home.
Lori Parrish is retiring next year. She is backing Kiar as her replacement.

Lori Parrish is retiring next year and she is endorsing Marty Kiar as her replacement. She had the kick off fundraising party at her house, and it was the biggest political event so far. More than four hundred supporters came out to Lori's house. Marty personally greeted every single person that enter the house.
