Election Day is Tuesday, November 8, and the ACLU of Florida wants to assure that every eligible Florida voter is able to participate and that their vote is counted. That’s why we're working with the Election Protection coalition to monitor polls and provide support to Floridians who have voting questions or face problems at the polls statewide.
If you have any problem with casting your vote or if you observe a problem at your polling place, contact your county Supervisor of Elections officeimmediately. If that does not resolve the issue, please call the Election Protection Hotline or visit us online.
Staff from the ACLU of Florida and other legal and voting rights groups will be on hand to answer questions.
